Q: What do I need to watch
the Pay Per View videos?

We use Windows Media Player 10 to
view our videos, if you are having trouble watching the videos, you
might want to upgrade to Media Player 10 by clicking here
Try the Sample Video on the front
page first, if it plays, then there is no need to upgrade
Our videos are encoded at 450k, so
a high speed internet connection is required. We have sample videos
on our front page, if you can play them, then you have enough speed
to watch them all
Q: Tell me about the Order
process
A:
When
you order a race, all the races are included from that night of
racing. So for 1 price, you get all the Support races, plus 1st
Division and any Run Off's that happened that
night.
When you pay for a race, the
Digital Rights are downloaded to the computer your ordered on, and
are good for the length of time listed with that group of videos.
This means you can only play those videos on that computer.
Ordering via Pay Pal, when you
order using Pay Pal, or pay with a credit card, you will get an
e-mail that looks like this

You can use the link in the
e-mail to get back to your account or just hit the back button in
your browser after you order. Your videos will be listed in the
section called My Account, Log in and you are ready to start viewing
When you get to the list of
videos, you will find 15 to 25 videos listed, each one of a single
race, a group of races (like round 1 with 4 races) or a set of
Interviews. After viewing one of the videos, you need to hit the
BACK button in your browsers upper left hand window TWICE, this will
get you back to your video list. Once you do it a few times, it will
be easy to view all the videos.
There is a comments box on the
order form, please be sure to add a comments if you want to see an
improvement or are having any kind of trouble.
